Introducing a number of species

Due to a number of factors, including market demand, disease pressure, concerns about the effects of global warming etc we have decided to start growing our coffee under shade. We are introducing a number of species in the fields including; Falherbia albida, Melia azedarach, Gliricidia sepium, Albezia lebbeck, Albezia gummifera. It is a big departure from our previous systems, but is part of our ongoing efforts to reinvent coffee production on Satemwa. Both the general manager; Rob Emmott and coffee unit manger; Mark Gomani are very interested in exploring new systems for coffee production.
